DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing all the materials, labor and equipment to perform the following tasks, including all work as shown on drawings specified herein.
a. Blast clean, repair and coat existing structural steel open web joists supporting the galley room floor as per drawing details. Steel joist repairs shall be completely performed inside building crawl space.
Install new wall to roof truss galvanized metal hurricane straps at every single roof truss of the building as per drawing details. Perform all incidental work required such as removal and replacement of exterior soffit, wall and/or ceiling finishes and wall sheathing, wall insulation, and any other incidental work required to gain access to the repair areas. All areas to be restored to original conditions.
Remove existing galley sink plumbing drainage line and install new sink plumbing draining line, from the existing sink to the existing sanitary sewer drainage line under the building as indicated in the drawings.
