DESCRIPTION
This project was a construction of a restaurant/smoothie store on an existing retail space.Work consisted of all new underground plumbing and electrical. New reinforced concrete slab, drywall partitions, electrical and plumbing. Also (2) new 5-ton mechanical package units with associated roofing work. We stained the concrete slab and installed new ceramic tile in kitchen area. Installation of all new kitchen equipment and cabinetry with new in-ground grease trap.
