DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of construction of a new bank United Bank standalone building and renovation of existing shopping center. The site work on this project consisted of demolition the existing drainage system which was comprised on an old concrete underground system. This had to be completely demolished and we had to relocate sewer and water mains that fed the shopping center.
The construction of the building was reinforced concrete with wood trusses and a new standing seam metal roof. The interior of the bank was of all aspects of the construction, including security, alarm, bullet proof glass and bank vaults. We self -performed all of the reinforced concrete work, site work, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, stucco, EIFFS, painting, doors and hardware. This was a turnkey construction and was turned in to the owners before their deadline. The renovation of the shopping center was performed at the same time the bank was being built.
